Located on the corner of Avenida Garcia Fària Selva de Mar, in the operation Diagonal Mar, it's an ambitious project to expand the city to the sea.
Designed by Ignacio paricio, a changing skin with sliding adjustable aluminum shutters can allow or attenuate the passage of light to the covered terrace of each house and inside it is generated. This also creates a facade fully configurable by the owner of each house, offering to exchange views over the city and the sea.
The material chosen in this case by the architectural firm was the Gradpanel 120. lattice is offered in four different applications: traditional, compact, renovation and tunnel.
